My only comment was that the delivery driver didn’t read my clear notice on the front door telling him to leave it with our neighbour who was expecting it! Perhaps he couldn’t read English! |

The template did take us a long time to get right so I did suggest that the claims made of ཆ minutes and 100%' right first time should be thought about as this definitely took a lot longer to measure. However, the finished product is perfect. The staff were also very helpful in the process. |

We dealt mainly with Amy and we had problems re commitment and decisions from our members and delivery with TNT. Throughout all, she was extremely helpful, patient, efficient and professional. Everyone was a delight to deal with and nothing too much trouble. All calls returned, follow ups when promised, need I go on. Price becomes slightly irrelevent within reason, but if the quality of the bedding/mattresses meet the quality of the service we'll be ecstatic. Brilliant. Thank you |

My order was dealt with most efficiently and the person I communicated with gave me great confidence in the product and its construction. However, I could not find any information regarding the density of the mattresses i.e. whether they they soft or firm, but this may be due to my negligence rather than a fault of the website or communication. Thanks to you I am sleeping well and the bed looks great! |
